Swift’s ring has also taken social media by storm, as it is perfectly unique for the star. According to USA Today, the ring is an old mine brilliant cut with a gold band. Although this is not a popular style right now, many jewelers expect it to be in the coming months because of Swift. Although the details of the ring are still being discovered, the ring is rumored to be between 8-10 carats.
The engagement has also reached the buisness community. Many businesses reposted the picture and used it for personal benefit. It became a trend for college teams to post their schedules on top of the happy couple. This turned into a joke by other businesses, as they were gaining views because they simply had the couple’s faces displayed.
