The game started with CJ Blaskowski (19) on the pitching mound and Dalton Logan (20) taking over in the start of the third inning. In the first inning, Eaton lead the game 8-0 which would remain standing until the third inning when Eaton gained eight more runs finishing 16-0. In the last and final inning Strasburg scored a run raising the score to 16-1. Starting shortstop Cole Schumacher (21) said, “The game was good for us, and as we continue our season we learn from every game what we need to work on and how we need to improve.” Currently, Eaton baseball is 9-2 losing two games to Sterling and Northridge at the beginning of the season.
