With the latest game in the books, the Red’s Boy’s Basketball team moves on to a total record of 8-6, and a league record of 7-4, after a victory against the Frontier Wolverines (8-6, 7-5) with a final score of 64-46. The game on Friday night, January 30 was a challenge for the Reds who entered the game with the worse record, but showed the turnaround swing that the team is currently in after winning their latest 6/8 games. The Reds took the lead within the first servings of the game and never gave up the lead for the remainder of the game, pushing the margin for victory further with every drive. The boys basketball team’s only losses since the beginning of 2015 have been to the Kent Denver Sun Devils (10-4, 2-3) and the Sterling Tigers (13-2, 12-0) who are undefeated in the Reds’ League, and ranked fifth in the state.
