Charlie Kirk, a son, a father, and husband, was assassinated publicly on Wed. Sept. 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University. A tragedy that shocked the nation and left many Americans resulting in hatred, leading to a reflection in lack of morals. Although a variety of individuals rejoiced in the horrific death of this man, many came together in his passing. His passing led many to Christ, unity, and realization. Across this nation, there are still those who haven’t discovered the love and truth of Christ. Charlie Kirk spread the true message of a Christ-centered life and in his death is leading more people to Christ than anyone could’ve imagined. This man brought many people to realize the truth, in which this nation is starting to resemble something far from what it was found to be. The death of Charlie Kirk brought emotion that sparked a reflection of the cohesion in America that needs to be further strengthened. The devastating loss of this man not only ignited the American people on an emotional and moral standpoint, but the people want answers regarding this gruesome killing. Conservative podcasters theories are circulating the internet, and leading Americans to wonder, who really did kill Charlie Kirk?
33 hours after Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk was fatally shot, the suspect was found. The FBI was led by director Kash Patal who provided DNA evidence linking 22- year- old Tyler Robison to the crime. Shortly after Patel released the information regarding Robinson, details furthering the investigation of this case began piling in. The American people were soon to find that Robinson had confessed to his father. At first he refused to confess to authorities but after encouragement from his father and pastor who had a connection with law enforcement, Robinson had no choice. On Sep. 16, 2025 Robinson made a virtual appearance via video call from jail. Robinson confirmed his name and remained in silence while the formal charges were listed by Judge Graf. The charges consisted of aggravated murder felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, and violent offense committed in the presence of a child. This was the last appearance Tyler Robinson will have until Oct. 30, 2025, which will discuss the matters regarding the preliminary hearing.
Since the day the bullet struck Charlie Kirk in the neck, conspiracies have been circulating. Podcasters such as Candance Owens, Joe Rogan, and Bobby from the Jacked up Daily podcast have examined the travesty from many angles, leading them to question the narrative told and expressed to the public. Pondering throughout their podcasts political motives, and discussing theories on their platform, releasing their perception of the topic to the American People, rather than feeding into the narrative surrounding social media.
Candnace Owens is a prominent conservative activist that created a podcast to spread the word of truth. Involved with many political figures and political advocates in her lifetime, Owens was privileged to be a close friend of Kirk’s. Following the death of Kirk she has been ensuring to question the narrative provided by law enforcement. Candance Owens stated on her Instagram story and podcast readarding Charlie Kirk’s death that ,“Tyler Robinson is not suicidal. The entire narrative that was placed in the media about him having been suicidal is completely fictional, as are many other aspects of what we have been told… His father having “turned him in after a confession” is also complete fiction. To the contrary, Tyler Robinson maintains his innocence and has never even been to the UVU campus.”
She also stated later in her podcast, “Which is why they have produced nothing other than a blurry image which Tyler’s family knows is not him…The federal government is lying about absolutely everything except for the fact that it is his gun…”
Candance Owens has many opinions regarding the topic of Charlie Kirk’s shooting, and continues to share them through her social media platforms. Her theories include the underground tunnel theories, involvement of Israeli and Jewish donors, and federal cover up. Although the suspect for Charlie Kirk’s shooter was found, Owens continues to promote her theories. As the weeks go on, Candance Owens is still seeking justice for her old friend and colleague, Charlie Kirk. As Americans await the trial of Robinson, many Americans are beginning to side with Owens and begin a deeper dive in the conspiracies. This deeper dive has consisted of seeking knowledge from other individuals who have similar explanations behind Kirk’s death.
Joe Rogan, the host of the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast, also questions the narrative behind the Charlie Kirk shooting, believing the story just doesn’t add up. Rogan’s theory reveals details about the gun Robinson used to murder Kirk. Rogan states on an episode of his podcast, “They said that he took [the gun] apart and put it back together again. Do you know how much time it would take to… disassemble a rifle so that you can get it in a backpack? Shut the f–k up.”
A vintage World War I–era rifle was the weapon that was recovered following the Charlie Kirk assanation. When further researching this weapon, the internet will not directly tell a precise time of how long it would take to disassemble this firearm. The vague answer was it could take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple hours depending on the model. Since the specific make/model wasn’t released to the public, the speculations regarding Kirk’s assanation led many Americans to believe the relevancy of this theory. In the absence of an officially identified model theories continue to circulate. In addition to the consideration of the model of the gun, for one to disassemble such a gun requires experience. If such an individual isn’t familiar with the particular model the time of disassembly would have increased. Resulting in the story not to align, validating Rogan’s conspiracy.
While the official narrative revealed the man found guilty for this crime, multiple social media outlets continue to rebuke these details. Jacked Up Daily (Fringe Radio Network), shares a theory that many podcasters have endorsed. During the episode “Charlie Kirk Conspiracy Theories,” the hosts of the podcasts speculate the theory of Tyler Robinson not being the real assassinator. Further contributing to the theories, Candance Owens presented on her podcast regarding the assassination of Charlie Kirk. The theory presented through this particular episode was questioning if Robinson is really the man on the roof firing the rifle. The footage released has been classified as questionable considering the fact that the person jumping off the side of the roof wasn’t visibly holding a firearm.
Host on Jacked up Daily, Bobby said, “The official story says Tyler Robinson pulled the trigger from the roof, but these visuals are sketchy at best. We have to ask, is this guy really the shooter, or is there something else going on behind the scenes?”
As Oct. 30 is quickly approaching, America waits for the fate of the man who brutally took the life of Charlie Kirk. A man promoting civil discourse in a way no individual has done before. Connecting with the young people was a priority for Charlie Kirk, and even in his death he continues to influence the people of this nation. As the American people continue to mourn the loss of this man and question the fracture in the nation’s morals, the compassion for answers continues to motivate individuals to seek the truth. Podcasters such as Candance Owens, Joe Rogan, and Bobby from Jacked up Daily continue to promote the conspiracy theories many people in this nation have connected to the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Tyler Robinson, a 22-year-old man, remains in custody as the suspect Kash Patel and the FBI believe took Charlie Kirk’s life, yet some people still do not believe the story being portrayed. Some individuals regarding this investigation question the reliability of the narrative and chose simply not to follow the sources providing information for the people.
Despite the accumulating evidence presented by law enforcement, podcasters like Candace Owens, Joe Rogan, and Bobby from Jacked Up Daily continue to challenge the story that has been released to the public, encouraging the American people to scrutinize the information and challenge the motives behind the assassination. Discussions among these individuals stimulate speculations about potential cover-ups, multiple suspects, and concealed truths, keeping the questions regarding this assassination to continue to circulate. As Oct. 30 gets closer and the trial approaches, the American people remain to question the state of this nation, caught between trusting in the justice system and the lingering doubts raised by these influential voices. Ultimately, only time will reveal the full truth behind the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
