Lily Kennedy is a senior at EHS in the 2024-2025 school year. Throughout her high school years, she has learned how to be an Eaton Red and show leadership to the students that follow behind her. Kennedy wants to go into pre-med at the University of Nebraska after she graduates from EHS.
In school, Kennedy is a part of choir and NHS. Outside of school she plays tennis and piano. Kennedy said, “I’m very passionate about choir. I’ve only been in it for a short amount of time but I’ve made so many good memories to last a lifetime.” Kennedy is very passionate about what she does and how she follows through with it.
Kennedy shows leadership throughout the school. Kenedy said, “Being a leader at school is important because it gives people someone to look up to. Leading by a good example is contagious, so people will gradually show good as well.” She demonstrates a good path to follow in EHS.
After EHS, seniors leave behind paths that are very memorable to the students behind them. Kennedy said, “I want my legacy to be as someone [who is enjoyable] to be around. I want to bring joy and positivity into people’s lives. A good quote I live by is “In the end, we only regret the chances we didnt take by Lewis Carroll.” Kennedy follows what is important to her.
As she graduates this year, she will leave a legacy on EHS and a path for those behind her.
