Construction through the years
Eaton School District board members are looking at plans for new construction on the high school in 1962. The plans were for a new gymnasium, pool, and junior high.
Construction supplies left out in September of 1987 show how much work was needed for the construction of the new wing, which included a new gym, band and choir room, library, and lockers, that was finished on July 10, 1988.
Construction workers are seen using scaffolds to build part of the new wing at EHS in 1988. A fence was installed to prevent student intervention with the construction.
