Eaton boys basketball lost to Resurrection Christian 101-44 while on the road Jan 31. Despite the loss, Eaton should be hopeful about the future of boys basketball. In freshman Dalton Logan’s first game on varsity, the 6-2, 180 pounder scored 11 points. This was the most of any Eaton player. “I was very excited and grateful for the opportunity to play on the varsity team and represent our school,” Logan said, “I am very excited for the rest of the season and upcoming years of Eaton Basketball.” On the other bench, Resurrection’s Tanner Ervin (17) scored 27 points. Ervin averages 28 points per game. He has helped to lead Resurrection to a 15-0 record and a 26 place rank in state. Eaton is currently 6-9 on the season and ranked 158 in state.
