Eaton Volleyball girls ready themselves for regionals
By Devan McKenney
Eaton Reds Volleyball is currently ranked number one in class 3A, second only to the undefeated class 4A leader, Lewis-Palmer in state rankings. Lewis-Palmer handed the Reds one of its two losses on the season in a 3-1 match. Their second loss comes from 5A Chaparrel who is ranked sixth in state. Still, the girls know how to win. After winning state for the last three years, the Reds are attempting to four-peat. For seniors Tarynn Sieg, Isabel Noonan, and Courtney Leafgren, this could be their fourth time winning it all. The girls head into regionals this weekend. The Reds host two games Friday, Nov. 4 at 4:30 and 7:00 versus La Junta and St. Mary’s.
