This week’s update on the 2016 election

This week in the 2016 Presidential Election,
Wikileaks keeps adding onto the pileup of Clinton’s deleted emails as the campaign rages on towards election day. According to wikileaks, Clinton’s estimated 30,000 Secretary of State related emails have turned into an estimated 45,000. A new Clinton email leak by wikileaks, implies that the FBI aided Hillary Clinton in covering up her deleted emails, and accuses the State Department of bribing the FBI into declassifying some of the classified emails which is against the law. This new insight into Clinton’s emails could potentially be fatal in her campaign as it dwindles down near the election. Michelle Obama has joined Hillary Clinton in her campaign, upon the stage, to refute Donald Trump as president. This is Mrs. Obama’s first uniting with Clinton at her political rallies, on Oct. 27. Vice President Joe Biden is on Clinton’s list as a possible Secretary of State if she wins the election, according to The Today Show.
The Trump campaign has made it clear that Florida is a key to winning the campaign, so he has taken up camp there for many political rallies. Colorado, much like Florida, is a battleground state which will play a major role in who will win the election with electoral votes. Trump has recently stated that he will not accept the results of the election if Clinton wins because the system is rigged. Trump’s running mate, Mike Pence was in a minor plane incident, on Oct. 27. The plane slid off of the runway at LaGuardia airport which Trump once referred to as “a third world country airport.”
According to a Fox News poll, Clinton is leading by only three points. Clinton has 44 percent of voters in the poll and Trump has 41. Another poll by New York Times, shows that Clinton has a six point lead on Trump. Clinton has 46 percent and Trump has 40 percent. The race is tight as candidates move towards the end of the election.
