It was a rough evening for the Eaton Reds football team (6-5, 2-3) on Saturday, November 15 when the Reds ended their playoff run with a loss to the Kent Denver Sun Devils (11-0, 7-0) with a final score of 44-21. The Reds came into the game following a close 14-16 win against the Bennett Tigers (7-3, 7-0) in the first round of playoffs, pushing them into their quarterfinals match against the Sun Devils. The Reds got to a slow start when they entered halftime with a score of 19-7, and were unable to create a stop on defense which led to a Kent Denver win with a final score of 44-21, and a spot in the final four where they will face off against the Platte Valley Broncos (10-1, 5-0) on Friday, November 21, 2015 away in Kersey.
