Eaton High School’s event of the year is just around the corner! On Sat. Apr. 12, 2025, juniors and seniors will gather for an unforgettable evening as this year’s prom brings the dreamy theme “Under the Stars” to life.
The dance will begin at the Winding Estate Event Center, where students will be able to dance between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. This venue sets the perfect stage for a night filled with glimmering lights, flowing gowns, sharp tuxedos, and memories in the making. From sparkling decor and dazzling photo ops to a dance floor set beneath twinkling lights, every detail is designed to capture the magic of a night under the stars.
Music will be provided by a live DJ spinning a mix of current hits, throwbacks, and slow songs to keep everyone moving. Attendees can also look forward to light refreshments and a beautiful dance floor. Junior Faith Fitch said, “I’m excited for prom because I get to dress up and go take cute pictures with my friends, sister and boyfriend. I’m excited to dance and spend time with the people I care about.” Whether students are going with a date, friends, or flying solo, it’s bound to be a night of celebration, laughter, and sparkle.
Prom king and queen will also be announced at the dance. Prom royalty is made of the following seniors: Connor Davey, Jack Dirksen, Cash Rinker, Robert Pfeiff, Brynn Dummett, Tessa Andersen, Alexa Rodriguez and Evie Gavette. Gavette said, “I feel very grateful and excited to have been voted for prom court because it means I get to honour our class and it’s a little girl’s dream to have the chance to be on court. I am most excited for prom night itself and the anticipation of what is to come when the names are announced.”
Once the final song plays at the Estate, students are invited to head back to Eaton High School for After Prom. Doors open at 11:45 p.m. and close at 12:30. After prom will then go untell 2:00 a.m. Designed to keep the fun going in a safe, substance-free environment.
