After graduating from high school, Zack Maske plans on attending college and is considering playing football at the next level. He intends on majoring in business and potentially minoring in psychology.
Maske plays football and baseball for the Reds and has won a total of four state championships- three from football and one from baseball. He hopes to add more to the list this year. He loves being involved in the Eaton sports because of the depth in community support it brings. “For as long as I’ve lived here I always looked up to high school sports and I wanted to be someone that little kids could look up to,” said Maske.
Outside of school, Maske enjoys going to the mountains and being surrounded by nature. He shows his passion for nature through different activities such as fishing, camping, snowboarding, and surfing.
The most important EATON acronym to Maske is excellence. Maske shows excellence by being a leader and role model to everyone around him. Maske believes it’s important to be a leader, Maske said, “to be an example and role model to the ones that follow behind in hopes that the school and town can continue its reputation of greatness.”
For his last year at EHS, Maske wants to lead the school in a positive way. He wants his legacy at Eaton High School to be remembered as “a good leader that was able to bring others up with him,” said Maske.
