The Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) have started the year off on a good note. This year alone, the club has gained 15 new members. The new as well as previous members were introduced to each other at a recent club meeting, where the group played name games and other activities of the like, in order to get to know each other. Since the beginning of the year, FBLA has only done one community service project but many more are planned for the near future. The most recent project involved picking up trash along a two mile stretch of road in Lucerne. Nine students, and their advisor Mrs. Tregoning, worked effectively to clean up the road in only a few hours. The club is currently preparing for the fall festival being held on Saturday, in which kids will be coming to trick-or-treat throughout the halls of EHS.
