Sherlock Holmes, a thrilling new box office movie is a thriller that leaves the viewer on their toes trying to perceive what might occur next. The movie is full of surprises making the watcher believe one thing, than it turns against the tide and makes the exact opposite transpire. With the movie receiving an A minus on a scale of A plus to F by movie critics this is not a movie that one should miss out on. After asking Ryan Mcintyrre what he thought of the movie he said, “ I enjoyed the action sequences in the movie.” Starring Robert Downe, Jr as Sherlock Holmes and Jude Law as Dr. John Watson, the movie is bound to be compelling. With the plot taking place in London it depicts the conflict of two, highly intellectual characters trying to best the other in what might be described as a full scale game of chess. This empowering story involves deceiving plots, uncanny ingenuity, and desire for mass destruction. When asked what about the movie Haley Morrell said, “I liked it. It was so overt it was covert.” What rarely emerges in sequels and surprised many people from this movie was in this instance, the second movie outdid the first. When asked how it was compared to the first, Ciera Kieler said, “It was awesome and it was way better than the first.” At this rate, and with a third movie soon to be on its way, the rapturous story of Sherlock Holmes can only get better.
